- Register to the Vehicle Management System at the University’s website or access the linkhttps://gatepass.buksu.edu.ph
- During application, upload the following pictures or scanned copy
- vehicle’s certificate of registration/official receipt
- valid driver’s license of the applicant
- operator’s permit (if it is for hire)
- Pay Php 150.00 to the Cashier’s Office
Note:
- Employees shall be given a free vehicle gate pass, however only one vehicle per employee is allowed. Any additional vehicle to be registered will be charge with the prescribed fee of Php 150.00.
- Those who occasionally visit BukSU may be given a temporary pass, which may be secured from any guard on duty at the university gates upon presentation of a valid driver’s license.

- Follow the traffic rules and regulations such as the :
- “No helmet” policy
- 10 kph speed limit
- No overloading
- No blowing of horns
- “No plate, no travel” policy
- and other rules and regulations required by the LTO
