• Register to the Vehicle Management System at the University’s website or access the linkhttps://gatepass.buksu.edu.ph
•  During application, upload the following pictures or scanned copy 

• • vehicle’s certificate of registration/official receipt
  • valid driver’s license of the applicant
  • operator’s permit (if it is for hire) 

• Pay Php 150.00 to the Cashier’s Office 

Note: 

1. Employees shall be given a free vehicle gate pass, however only one vehicle per employee is allowed. Any additional vehicle to be registered will be charge with the prescribed fee of Php 150.00. 
2. Those who occasionally visit BukSU may be given a temporary pass, which may be secured from any guard on duty at the university gates upon presentation of a valid driver’s license. 

• those without a valid driver's license
• holders of student permits
• have noisy mufflers (for motorcycle)

• Follow the traffic rules and regulations such as the : 

• • “No helmet” policy
  • 10 kph speed limit
  • No overloading 
  • No blowing of horns 
  • “No plate, no travel” policy 
  • and other rules and regulations required by the LTO
